Mr.Chang
Quan Lu was born in Yuyao, Zhejiang
in 1930. Mr. Lu left his hometown to
Taiwan in 1948. After 40 years of hard
working in field of restaurants, his
reputation in construction business
is well known and he was selected at
the head council for the Real estate
& Investment of Taiwan Enterprise
in 1994. In 1998, Mr. Lu came back to
China to visit his hometown and began
to donate money to buy ambulance car,
buildschool,museum and building road
for the hometown. Furthermore, Mr. Lu
began his first investment project in
Guangzhou and Ningbo afterward. Mr.
Lu was named the ĦħHonorable citizen
of Ningbo" and "Contributory
model to the hometown of Zhejiang provinceĦħ
by the government.
