Zhejiang Pacific Hotel Company was established in 2009, a joint venture company affiliated with Mat Union Investment Company and Zhejiang LakeHill Corporation. The total project investment will be 49.8 million USD with approximately 27,000 square meters of land. The hotel project is located next to Hangzhou Lake Hill Golf Club, at the side of Qiantang River and at the foot of Jianshan. A five star standard hotel with 300 rooms and complete line of restaurants, recreational and meeting facilities is under design stage and due to open in 2013.
