¡¡¡¡The city of Changxing is famous for its unique location, which is situated among three providences of China, Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangsu. In addition, the light textile raw material has been the major backbone for economic development of Changxing. Hence, the largest light textile raw material trade center and market in China is been build by the Changxing Pacific Holdings Co., Ltd as suggested by the Changxing government. Changxing Pacific Holdings Co., Ltd is a joint venture company of Pacific Developing Group with Zhoushan Huading Real-estate Company and Hong Kong Jiahua Holdings Company. In the first phase, total land area for the development is over 235,000 square meters with building area around 200,000 square meters, total investment over 140 million RMB. The trade center is consisting of traditional raw material market, fabric market, textile market, sewing equipments and accessories, transportation center. Furthermore, the leisure, financial, communication and large community for residential are also plan within the trade center.
