ˇˇˇˇGuangzhou World Trade Center Developing Co., Ltd is
the first joint venture mixed-use project that Mr. Lu of Pacific Developing
Group invested in China. The Guangzhou World Trade Center consists
of two 30 stories tower with shoppingmall below and Grade A office
at upper floors. The trade center has been in used since 1992 and
it was recognized as the top ten signatures building in Guangzhou
and the building also received the highest recognition award ˇ°Lubanˇ±
award
in China for best design in 1993. In 1995, the trade center was appraised
as one of the best-managed property among major cities of China. In
1991, the trade center became the first property to received
ISO 9001 certification. The average occupancy for the trade center
is above 90% and there are many headquar ters of well-known international
companies located within the center.
