Ningbo Pacific Land Construction was established in 1992 and mainly involved industrial park and real estate development. As the first company invested in Ningbo by the Pacific Developing Group, the company has successfully developed over 1.3 million square meters of land at the Beilun Pacific Industrial Park during the past decade. The Pacific Garden Plaza, Pacific Residence, Pacific New Town and Pacific Time Square are just few of the real estate projects that the company has developed recently.
